Our Return Policy

Children's Custom Name Prints
  • Because of the highly customized nature of these items, a custom name print cannot be exchanged unless the print arrives in damaged condition.

  • If a Children's Custom Name Print arrives in damaged condition, please contact us immediately to arrange for the return of the print. The damaged print must be returned to us within 15 business days of its delivery to you. We will then send an identical replacement print to you.

All Other Swimming Paintbrush Products
  • Damaged merchandise can be exchanged for an identical item. Please contact us immediately to arrange for the return of the damaged item. The damaged item must be returned to us within 15 business days of its delivery to you. We will then send an identical replacement item to you.

  • Items except for Children's Custom Name Prints may be exchanged for a Swimming Paintbrush credit, which must be used within one year of receipt.
